Botman, directo al Top-3 de fichajes más caros de la historia del Newcastle

El todopoderoso Newcastle United, el club con mayor capital del planeta fútbol, anunció este martes un principio de acuerdo con el Lille por el central Sven Botman (22), que se convirtió así en la tercera incorporación estival de las urracas tras las de Matt Targett (26, Aston Villa), que ya estuvo a préstamo en St James’ Park la segunda mitad del pasado curso, y Nick Pope (30, Burnley).

Solo superado por Joelinton y Bruno Guimarães

Los 37 millones de euros que pagará el Newcastle por Botman colocan al zaguero neerlandés en el Top-3 de fichajes más caros de la historia del club, solo superado por los brasileños Joelinton (44 millones de euros) y Bruno Guimarães, quién se incorporó a la disciplina del conjunto inglés el pasado mes de enero, ya con la nueva gerencia, previo pago de 42,1 millones de euros al Lyon.
